Shipping policy

Please kindly allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped U.S. orders should arrive 7-10 business after processing time.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with USPS. Duchess a Touch of Beauty does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor are the order.

Once your package has been dropped off at USPS or UPS WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE
