Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?

A. NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on Duchessatouchofbeauty@gmail.com, we will be sure to correct it! NO EXCHANGES!

Q. My order says it is in transit. Where is it?

A. Once your packaged has been shipped out, it is no longer in our possession! Please direct tracking questions to USPS, who is in possession of your package. We see the same tracking information that our customers see. We do not work with USPS.

Q. I received my order and my box was damaged. What do I do?

A. All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office man handling our packages. Q. My order says it’s being returned back to you..what does that mean/what do I do?

A. If, for any reason, your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!

A. No.

A. EVERY 2 WEEK or when needed.

Q. What is your order processing times?

A. 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS! This excludes weekends and major holidays! If you order during a major sale, it may take more than 2-4 days for your order to process! We are also still in a pandemic! Please be patient on receiving your order!

Q. Who do you ship with?

A. The Post Office, USPS. my packages deliver with your mail delivery.

Q. Why is the shipping cost high?

A. My website rates for retail items are the USPS rates. I don’t create the shipping rates. They are based on the weight.

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

A. Yes, we ship everywhere!

Q. Where are you located?

A. Lexington SC

Q. Do you do pickups?

A. NO, Everything is done online! If you live in the Lexington SC area, your shipping should only take 1 day if it is priority or 2 to 3 days if 1st class mail.

Q. I ordered lashes, and some are not the same. Why is that ?

A. All our lashes are handmade by different people. They will not look 100 % identical.
